How much do BRR and flip investments cost?
BRR projects typically require from £80k (covering deposit, refurb, and associated costs). Property flips start from around £100k. We'll give you a clear breakdown on a discovery call.
Are you regulated?
Easy Invest is a property sourcing agent. We are not FCA regulated and we do not provide financial advice. If you need regulated investment guidance, we will point you towards an independent financial adviser.
How long does it take to get started?
