Is there a membership fee?
No joining fee. Easy Invest earns its margin on the deal-setup side when you proceed with a unit we source — fully disclosed before you commit to anything.
What does the NDA cover?
Standard non-disclosure — protects landlord details, deal terms, and member-only pricing. It is a template we use with every member, reviewed by solicitors.
Do I need prior R2R experience?
No. We work with first-time operators as well as experienced portfolio holders. If you’re new, your first member call will walk you through the realistic setup budget and operating model.
