The Property Ombudsman
We are registered with The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
If you have any complaints, our procedure is first to email your complaint to [email protected], and one of the team members will get back to you as urgently as possible, within 3 working days.
Data Protection
We are registered for Data Protection with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), we are also trained to understand and implement data protection measures into our business, to protect our clients.
